A supportive space where music and community are woven into the ongoing
rhythm of your life to receive you, restore you, and send you back into the world replenished.
You're not someone who gives up. You show up, you care deeply, you keep going, even when it's hard. But lately the weight of it all is harder to carry. The news is heavy. The uncertainty is real.
And you've tried. You talk to friends. You stay informed. You keep busy. You do everything you're supposed to do. But nothing quite reaches the place inside you that needs reaching.
I see you.
Because here's what I know: hope isn't found in one big moment, one big fix. It's rebuilt slowly, quietly, in small steady steps. A song that catches you off guard. A moment of connection with someone who understands. A flash of recognition that it's still worth it.
That's what HOPE is. Not a solution. A rest stop so you can keep going.
HOPE is a monthly membership built around the things that actually reach that unreachable place: music, meditation, guided reflection, and genuine connection with yourself and with others who feel it too.
Every month, HOPE gives you somewhere to return to. A place to put down what you're carrying. To exhale. To be among people who feel it too — without having to explain a thing.
You can join at any time. There’s nothing to catch up on, just come in where you are.
This isn't a program that fixes you. You don't need fixing. It's a place that receives you, exactly as you are, and walks alongside you — so that when the weight feels heaviest, you have somewhere to set it down.
Each month opens with a fresh theme — a beautiful lens through which to explore hope, reconnect with what matters, and find your way back to yourself. Everything that follows flows from here, and it all builds.
You won't be left alone between gatherings. Throughout the month, prompts, reflections, and gentle invitations arrive — via email and our community platform — to keep you connected to the theme, to yourself, and to your life as it unfolds.
The heart of it all. Every month, Julie leads a 90-minute gathering on Zoom — weaving together music, meditation and stillness in a way that leaves you steadier than when you arrived. Join live or watch the replay.
A warm, alive space to drop in when you feel like it — to read, to listen, to feel the quiet companionship of others who are walking the same road. Choose the experience that suits you best: A quiet, admin-only space with no chatter or a more interactive group where members share and connect.
She's not only a musician. She knows how to create a space where people feel held, heard, and a little more themselves than when they walked in.
She's warm. She's funny. She has a gift for putting words and melody to what's been living wordlessly inside you.
Julie leads from a place of hard-won optimism. Not the kind that looks away from the darkness, but the kind that has looked straight at it and kept going anyway.
She'll make you laugh. She'll help you feel less alone. And somewhere along the way, without quite knowing how, you'll find yourself breathing easier.
I'm healing on the deepest level now and have much joy in my life again, and I'm so very grateful for that and for all of you. You all have given a safe place to often share my heart and healing journey
- Angela P. (Georgia)
What a gift to feel a part of Julie’s music with other kindred hearts from cultures, faith traditions, and stages of life. Julie, you are such a gift, ever opening your life and welcoming us into places that are you and cheering us to do and share the same.

Q: Is this religious?
HOPE is open to everyone — people of all faiths, and of none. However, Julie is a practicing Jew living in Israel, and her faith is woven into who she is — her music, her teaching, her way of seeing the world. That will naturally be present. We simply ask that this remain a space of mutual respect: share what's true for you and allow others to do the same.
Q: Is this only for women?
No. Everyone is welcome
Q: Do I need to be musical?
No. You won't be asked to sing or play instruments. All you need is a love of music.
Q: Do I need to be creative?
Not necessarily, although my guess is that you are! If you don’t know it yet you may discover it here.
Q: What is the monthly schedule?
Week 1 — New theme lands in your inbox with an invitation to reflect (and share if you would like).
Week 2 — A prompt based on the monthly theme. Engage at whatever depth feels right.
Week 3 — Live gathering with Julie on Zoom (Sundays 11am-12:30pm PT I 1-2:30pm ET I 8-9:30pm IL). Music, meditation and connection.
Week 4 — Integration. One small, doable step forward.
Week 5 — BONUS!!
